H.E Ambassador Moses Mose paid a courtesy meeting with the EEAS Head of the Asia and the Pacific Division Mr Thomas Frellesen.

The meeting renewed Solomon Islands and the European Union’s relations on the bilateral and multilateral fora.

Ambassador Mose used the opportunity to acknowledge the EU’s assistance through various development projects in the Solomon Islands, including on health, water and sanitation, rural development and governance.

The meeting also discussed preparations for the 9th Solomon Islands-European Union Political Dialogue, scheduled to be held in Brussels on 30 November 2022.
