H.E Ambassador Moses Mose chaired the OACPS Special Preparatory Meeting for CBD COP 15 on 18 October, in his capacity as the Chair of the OACPS SIDS Forum.

The preparatory meeting was convened by the OACPS’ Subcommittee on Sustainable Development & the OACPS SIDS Forum together with UNEP within the framework of the ACP MEAIII Program. The meeting facilitated the sharing of views and ideas with Focal Points to forge common positions to effectively participate in the upcoming CBD COP15 meetings in Montreal, Canada.
