A meeting was held with Mr. Anthony Brand, Officer-in-Charge of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS), and his senior staff to discuss preparations for the upcoming Committee of Ambassadors meeting on 23 October 2025 and the OACPS Council of Ministers session scheduled for the end of November 2025.

The Solomon Islands currently holds the Presidency of the OACPS Council of Ministers and serves as Chair of the Committee of Ambassadors.
